Individual Psychotherapy - with natural hipnoses

My work is based on a talking therapy with either Cognitive/ Behavioural or Psychoanalyses approaches, accordingly to one’s need for Counselling, Psychotherapy or both.

In a deepening level of work, I also use Natural Hypnoses – Erickson and disciples – techniques derived from the Psychobiology which offers the most empiric and integrative resources in psychotherapy. Natural Hypnoses utilises ultradian waves of the brain transporting messager molecules ,carrying along information between mind and body. Ideomotor Signallings are installed, thus the therapist is able to communicate with the patient’s unconscious part of the mind. Then, advanced information is requested from the inner-mind, the higher-self, for problem solving. It results in a non-induced cure of psychological issues and – in many cases – of physiological problems. Furthermore, an ego-strengthening session, with imagery and positive suggestion, maybe used for the finishing aspects of some specific life issues.

Group Therapy - with Family Constellation

I also offer groups therapy based on Family Constellation . The formed groups work together for a period of time, sharing experiences and helping each other in relation to systemic issues. .
